What we collect, and why

• When you call or message us. We receive your phone number and whatever you choose to tell us, so that we can answer you and arrange your consultation. WhatsApp is operated by WhatsApp / Meta and has its own privacy policy.
• When you send feedback. Our feedback form asks for your visit details, ratings and comments. Your name and phone number are optional, and we only ask for a phone number if you want us to get back to you. We use this to review and respond to your message and to improve our care. We do not use it for marketing and we do not sell it. Please do not put detailed medical information in the form; share that with our doctors at your consultation.
• When you visit this website. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: which pages are visited and how often the Call, WhatsApp and booking buttons are tapped. Google Analytics uses cookies or similar identifiers and receives technical information such as your device, browser, approximate location and the pages you view. We do not send your name or phone number to Google Analytics.

Who handles your information

To run this website we use a few service providers who process information on our behalf: Supabase (secure storage for feedback entries), Resend (to email our team when a complaint or low rating is submitted), Google (Analytics, Fonts and, on the Contact page, Google Maps) and GitHub Pages (website hosting). They handle data only to provide those services, under their own terms and privacy policies, and some of them store data outside India.

Cookies

The only cookies or identifiers this site sets come from Google Analytics. You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. The site works the same without them.

How long we keep it

We keep feedback and call-back details only for as long as we need them to respond and to improve our service, and then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by calling or messaging +91 7509 808 808. We will respond as soon as we reasonably can.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date above.
